So I recently came across a girl we'll just call ~Jenkast. -cough- Ok, you know, using an image as reference is one thing. But when you take the original art from a video game [-coughASSASSIN'SCREEDcough- ] trace over it, recolor and call it your own? Thats just plagiarism. And then to report the people who call you on it as SPAM? Please. Thats just pathetic and whiney, and something a highschool student would do. I mean.... 8 people called her on it. You could basically take the original and place it overtop of her work and the lines matched up PERFECTLY. Duh. Any idiot with a braincell can figure that one out. I realize that I can be a total and complete BITCH sometimes. Well, most of the time... But artists work hard on their art. If someone came along, traced a piece of mine, recolored it and said it was their's, (Yes, this has happened before, and that girl got royally reamed too.) I would be on them so fucking fast... Its just disrespectful. No one would have a problem if she just cited the original art.
